Description
Icarus is hiring a Manufacturing and Production Engineer to own the manufacturing and production of flight hardware from prototype through low-rate and scaled production. The role covers build-process design, tooling and fixtures, quality checks, manufacturability, root-cause analysis, integration, environmental testing, and flight operations, with a focus on establishing production capabilities at the El Segundo factory. Candidates need at least one year of manufacturing, production, or build-engineering experience on real hardware, hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, or aerospace systems, and strong collaboration with design engineering teams. The position offers a US salary range of $100,000 to $160,000, health, dental, and vision insurance, and equity.
