MANTECH is hiring a Manufacturing and Refurbishment Lead Engineer to support the United States Space Force’s System Delta 80 New Entrant Launch Operations Division in Cape Canaveral, Florida. The role leads and mentors senior manufacturing and refurbishment engineers, oversees flight-product manufacturing and launch-service-provider design changes, supports quality-management-system compliance, contributes to government review boards, coordinates with contractors and Space Force stakeholders, and prepares engineering reports and briefings. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant STEM field, 12+ years of manufacturing or aerospace launch-vehicle experience, an active TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to work onsite in the Cape Canaveral office.
