Project Farma is hiring a full-time Process Engineer III / Lead Process Engineer to serve as an Owner’s Representative for pharmaceutical and biotechnology capital projects. The role provides technical leadership and oversight of A&E process design, facility planning, equipment selection, process flows, utilities, GMP and regulatory compliance, validation, commissioning, and project execution. The engineer will work with internal stakeholders, A&E firms, vendors, and project partners, support technical decision-making, mentor junior engineers, and travel domestically as needed. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, approximately 5–10 years of relevant life-sciences engineering experience, and authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not offered.
