Description
The Assembly Line Worker assembles assigned products at an assigned production line, follows instructions from an Assembly Trainer, uses tools correctly, maintains quality and a clean 6S work area, communicates with teammates, and participates in Lean manufacturing and Kaizen activities. The role requires physical lifting of up to 75 pounds, prolonged standing, safety equipment, hand and powered tools, and work in a temperature-controlled factory across two shifts, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and possible overtime on Fridays.
