Description
The Precision Bearings Assembly Operator matches and assembles standard and higher-precision bearing products, including inners, outers, and balls, on a matching bench and in a clean room. The role also involves setup, greasing, oil plating, noise testing, vacuum bagging, equipment troubleshooting, measurement and tolerance control, production recordkeeping, material movement, and scrap reduction. Candidates must read, write, and speak English, work in clean-room garments, and have good manual dexterity and steady hands. Compensation is $17.50 to $25.50 per hour plus a 10% shift premium in Connecticut, with medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off benefits.
