Description
The Chemical Laboratory Operations Specialist executes the preparation, testing, and analysis of chemical solutions; maintains and calibrates laboratory instruments; ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards; directs day-to-day operations planning; supports resource scheduling, training, manufacturing documentation, equipment maintenance, and minor machine repairs; and may assist with new-product manufacturing transitions. The role requires an SPM qualification or previous laboratory experience, strong documentation and laboratory-practice skills, hazardous-chemical handling knowledge, teamwork, and the ability to meet deadlines.
