TalentBurst is hiring a Manufacturing Associate for a 12+ month, 100% onsite role in Woodland, California, with a Monday-Friday first-shift schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The position performs cleanroom manufacturing, aseptic technique, quality inspections, batch record completion, product formulation and filling, equipment monitoring, packaging, labeling, and documentation. A high school diploma or GED is required, while 1–3 years of experience in an FDA-regulated environment, aseptic techniques, and cleanroom work is preferred. The role requires lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and occasional lifting of up to 60 pounds, use of hazardous chemicals and PPE, and use of a respirator.
