The Manufacturing Associate performs production work in a manufacturing or similar setting, with rubber molding experience preferred. The role requires standing for most of the day, frequent bending or squatting, lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, and using appropriate PPE. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, good vision, fine motor skills, and hand-eye coordination.
