The role involves producing custom gene-based products and intermediates, operating robotic and traditional laboratory equipment, maintaining batch records and documentation, troubleshooting process deviations, and packaging products in an ISO, GMP, and LEAN environment. Candidates should have a bachelor's or associate's degree in a relevant life science field, prior manufacturing or laboratory experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and computer proficiency.
