Description
The Manufacturing Associate I is an entry-level pharmaceutical manufacturing role reporting to a Supervisor, Manufacturing. The position produces and packages commercial and clinical-scale batches, inspects formulations, cleans equipment and facilities, supports validations and environmental monitoring, documents work under cGMP and GDP requirements, and follows SOPs and safety procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic scientific and mathematical knowledge, GMP/GDP familiarity, documentation skills, and the ability to learn production equipment; 0–1 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is preferred, with a bachelor's degree preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with availability for any shift and possible overtime.
