Kula Bio is hiring a full-time Packaging Operator to operate packaging equipment and accurately weigh, fill, seal, label, and package finished biofertilizer products. The role also includes preparing packaging supplies, inspecting products, maintaining production records, cleaning and sanitizing areas, supporting production changeovers, and assisting with fermentation and production operations as needed. The position is on-site in Natick, Massachusetts, requires a high school diploma or GED, and offers $29.25–$31.25 per hour with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
