SimpleXX GmbH is hiring a Manufacturing Associate (m/f/d) for surface treatment at the Bremen site in partnership with AIRBUS Aerostructures. The role involves upfitting, decommissioning, and preserving build sites, components, structural parts, and assemblies; preparing tools and materials; covering and plugging according to construction or engineering documents; processing components; and handling work orders. Applicants need completed vocational training in process engineering, coating technology, or a comparable qualification, experience in paint application and surface coating, flexibility, team spirit, willingness to work shifts, secure German language skills, basic English, and familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace. The position is offered through employee leasing with a takeover option and includes a generally unlimited employment contract, above-tariff compensation, vacation bonuses, and other benefits.
