Description
Nesco Resource is hiring a 2nd-shift manufacturing associate to perform hands-on production work, read blueprints and work instructions, operate hand tools and production equipment, conduct basic quality inspections, and maintain a safe and organized work area. The role is intended for mechanically inclined, dependable, safety-conscious workers who can learn on the job; manufacturing experience is not required, but previous production or machine-shop experience is preferred. The position requires reliable 2nd-shift attendance, basic math skills, comfort with measuring tools, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
