Description
The role performs plasmid and DNA purifications, DNA quantification, RT-PCR and QPCR master-mix and bulk manufacturing, microarray reagent testing, quantitative data analysis, process validations, product introductions, and quality-control testing. It also maintains raw-material stocks, supports 5S and Lean Manufacturing, identifies process improvements, and maintains ISO-compliant work instructions and standard operating procedures. The position requires a BS/BA in biological science or a related field, two to four years of experience in chemistry, molecular biology, or biochemistry, and hands-on molecular-biology laboratory skills.
