Description
RTCA is hiring a Manufacturing Associate for a full-time, onsite swing-shift position at its Fife, Washington location. The role supports CNC machining and basic machine operations, including loading and unloading parts, performing finishing operations, moving materials, maintaining tool crib inventory, completing basic maintenance, supporting 5S and lean initiatives, following safety and quality procedures, maintaining production records, and collaborating with production personnel. A high school diploma or GED and mechanical aptitude are required, while vocational training, CNC exposure, forklift experience, and hands-on technical experience are preferred. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour for onsite Washington applicants, with a $2 per hour shift differential and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
