Machina Labs is hiring a Manufacturing Cell Technician / Operator to operate robotic manufacturing equipment, load and position aluminum and steel panels, follow production documentation, monitor and troubleshoot equipment, perform in-process inspections, and support quality, safety, and continuous improvement. The role is based in Chatsworth, California, operates from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturing or fabrication experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work around automated machinery. Preferred qualifications include aerospace, CNC, robotic equipment, tooling, ISO/AS9100, Lean, and ERP experience. The position offers medical, dental, vision, PTO, and stock options.
