Description
Base is hiring a Manufacturing Controls Engineer to design and implement manufacturing lines for battery backup systems. The role involves developing PLC and industrial-robot controls, commissioning and operating production equipment, contributing to hardware and software standards, and leading machine suppliers through design reviews and factory acceptance testing. Candidates need at least three years of PLC or industrial-controller programming experience, industrial-robot programming experience, electrical-schematic design experience, manufacturing experience, electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience, and a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
