HARMAN is hiring a Manufacturing Data & Digitalization Analyst in Juarez, Mexico to design and enable scalable AI-enabled digital ecosystems for manufacturing operations. The role focuses on low-code and AI solution architecture, citizen development, automation, data integration, cybersecurity, compliance, and digital transformation across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, engineering, and operations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least two years of manufacturing or shopfloor systems experience, low-code platform experience, and experience with manufacturing data, systems integration, and AI or machine learning applications. The position requires a permanent shift and presential mode at the location, with flexibility for full-time remote work globally for positions that can be performed outside a HARMAN or customer location.
