Description
Apple is hiring a Manufacturing Design Engineer (MDE) to lead battery process development at suppliers. The role reviews module designs and specifications, provides manufacturing feedback, leads design of experiments, evaluates fabrication strategies, plans validation and process-control activities, supports supplier readiness for engineering builds and production ramp, and drives process improvements involving robotics and automation. The position requires at least five years of experience in operations engineering or manufacturing process development, along with direct experience in manufacturing process design, review, and buy-off.
