Description
Apple is hiring a Manufacturing Design Engineer to develop mechanical manufacturing processes, automation, and precision fixtures for enclosure and module production. The role collaborates with industrial design, product design, manufacturing design, suppliers, operations, and integrators; designs and qualifies vision-guided, motion-controlled, and robotic automation; supports FAT/SAT, NPI, stress runs, and production ramp; and coordinates overseas and domestic activities. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience, a relevant engineering degree, and 25% domestic and international travel.
