Description
Etched is hiring a Manufacturing Design Program Manager to lead manufacturing technical readiness for transformer-specific AI systems from design-for-manufacturing reviews through new product introduction and mass production. The individual contributor will coordinate hardware design, test, SMT, FATP, supply chain, and operations teams; manage manufacturing readiness, production ramp, yield, quality, and risk; resolve engineering and production issues; and support contract manufacturers and international partners. The role requires at least seven years of hardware engineering experience, strong cross-functional program management skills, and willingness to work in-person from the San Jose office with international travel.
