Niagara Bottling is hiring participants for its 15-month Manufacturing Development Program in Mesa. The program rotates participants through Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and potentially other departments, includes hands-on manufacturing projects, leadership and Lean Six Sigma training, and six months of shift-supervision experience. Applicants need a bachelor's degree and may have zero years of field or people-management experience; preferred qualifications include two years of relevant experience, one year of internship experience, and a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or another field.
