Description
The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer supports Boston Scientific’s manufacturing organization by optimizing production processes, monitoring equipment and process parameters, resolving quality and yield issues, and integrating new products or processes. The role leads production goals, contributes to new product development and continuous improvement, mentors engineers, and may supervise less-experienced staff. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of related experience, bilingual ability, and expertise in manufacturing processes, problem-solving, process improvement, and project management.
