Applied Composites is hiring an Engineer 1, Manufacturing to improve manufacturing capabilities and fabrication processes for new and existing composite products. The role supports product design and development, solves standard manufacturing problems, contributes to operational growth, and works within standardized procedures. Candidates need a post-secondary engineering degree or equivalent education and experience, 0–2 years of relevant experience, analytical problem-solving skills, familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management tools.
