Marki Microwave is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer 1 to support the development and delivery of RF components by assisting with production equipment, processes, tooling, fixtures, and product ramp-up. The role involves troubleshooting and maintaining manufacturing equipment, optimizing efficiency through mechanical design and Design of Experiments, using statistical process control, integrating automation, and supporting lean manufacturing and quality initiatives. It is intended for an early-career engineer with a relevant bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of electronics production experience, with SMT experience preferred.
