Description

Forvia, a leader in sustainable mobility technology, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer responsible for managing all manufacturing deliverables from acquisition to production launch. The role involves ensuring manufacturing feasibility, developing production systems, supervising launches, acting as an interface between the Program Core team and plants, and implementing changes related to product modifications. This position supports mass production trials and ramp-ups, manages manufacturing risks, applies program management systems, ensures timely milestone achievement, and oversees capital expenditures.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3 years of automotive experience
4 years previous experience as Manufacturing Engineer or applicable work experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Collaborative approach to achieving shared organizational goals.
Ability to build and deliver solutions meeting customer expectations.
Capable of interacting effectively with various stakeholders, including frontline workers, senior leadership, vendors, and customers.
