Description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer researches, designs, and develops manufacturing processes, assembly methods, production and test equipment, and process-control plans. The role coordinates process changes, leads improvements and problem resolution, manages projects and employee training, documents quality-system requirements, and identifies continuous-improvement opportunities. It requires a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, at least five years of automotive assembly experience preferred, and knowledge of manufacturing processes, problem analysis, communication, and office applications.
