Description
Lam is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support new-product pilot production, virtual manufacturing, or high-volume manufacturing. The role covers troubleshooting product problems, designing and implementing assembly methods, planning high-volume processes, performing virtual builds, investigating root causes, improving manufacturing costs and quality, coordinating new-product builds, and developing engineering drawings, bills of materials, and handoff packages. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field with at least two years of experience, or an advanced degree with no prior professional experience, along with troubleshooting, manufacturing, DFMA, CAD/PLM or PDM, and engineering change management skills. The role is graduate eligible and may be performed in an on-site flex or virtual flex hybrid arrangement.
