Description
Lam is hiring a Fixture Engineer to support new-product pilot production, virtual manufacturing, or high-volume manufacturing operations. The role covers designing and procuring jigs and fixtures, improving manufacturing cycle time and repeatability, validating and qualifying fixtures, troubleshooting and repairing fixture-related issues, maintaining inventory and calibration records, preparing handover documentation, and training technicians. Candidates should have fixture engineering experience, the ability to read engineering drawings and schematics, and strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; mechanical, mechatronics, or related engineering education with 5+ years of experience and CAD proficiency are preferred. The role may follow an on-site flex or virtual flex work model.
