Description
Intuitive is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead Lean tool implementation and continuous improvement across its medical device manufacturing operations. The role covers production tooling and fixtures, manufacturing equipment, design-for-manufacturability reviews, engineering change orders, supplier quality, manufacturing process instructions, quality-system compliance, production support, safety, and cost-reduction initiatives. Candidates must have at least four years of manufacturing engineering experience, a relevant engineering degree, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of quality and manufacturing tools such as RCA, IQ/PQ/OQ, VR, NCR, and Lean manufacturing.
