Description
Applied Composites is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with a composite tool and die design background to serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert across composite manufacturing, tooling, process systems, and new product introduction. The role leads manufacturing strategies, advanced tooling design, process validation, troubleshooting, root-cause investigations, customer audits, and technical training, while mentoring operations and engineering personnel. It requires 8–10+ years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace, defense, composite matrix, or advanced manufacturing environments, along with proficiency in CATIA V5, SolidWorks, CAD, CAM, CNC, CMM, and composite manufacturing processes.
