Description
Preci Manufacturing Inc. is hiring a full-time, fully on-site Manufacturing Engineer in Winooski, Vermont to support precision CNC machining operations by developing and improving manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, documentation, and production launch activities. The role works closely with CNC programmers, machinists, Quality, and management to troubleshoot production issues, reduce cycle time and scrap, support equipment and automation projects, and improve quality, delivery, capacity, and cost. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, at least two years of relevant manufacturing or process engineering experience preferred, and practical knowledge of CNC machining, drawings/GD&T, CAD, ERP systems, and continuous improvement methods.
