Windings, Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for a fully on-site role in New Ulm, Minnesota. The role focuses on improving manufacturing processes, transferring products into production, writing work instructions and validation documentation, analyzing process capability and quality issues, and supporting tooling/fixture design in a production environment. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or physical science, familiarity with core engineering and statistical tools, and the ability to work cross-functionally with suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Compensation is $75,000–$90,000 annually with benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, PTO, 401(k) match, ESOP contributions, and education reimbursement.
