Description
Standex International is hiring a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to stabilize and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes for multiple product value streams during a new-program production ramp-up. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role covers injection molding, automated fabric cutting, adhesive application, lamination, and edge folding; leads process validation, capability analysis, root-cause problem solving, customer quality resolution, quality-system support, and continuous improvement. The position is primarily on-site across the production floor and office in a fast-paced startup environment.
