Ascential Medical and Life Sciences is hiring an on-site Manufacturing Engineer in San Diego to develop, validate, and sustain manufacturing processes for regulated medical devices and diagnostics. The role leads assembly and test process design, built-in quality, lean manufacturing, new product introduction, root-cause investigations, regulatory documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, supply chain, production, and client teams. It requires at least two years of experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and training, and knowledge of manufacturing, quality, CAD, and regulatory systems. The position offers an annual salary of $90,000 to $110,000 plus benefits.
