Description
This role involves steering and executing the planning and approval of new and complex production equipment, aligning with the product development process. Key duties include defining working cycles, procuring operating and testing equipment, projecting within development projects, and optimizing production methods. The engineer will advise on production-related options, suggest design improvements, and plan operating equipment based on capacity and staff deployment. They will also manage manufacturing sequences, utilize digitization for efficiency, evaluate risks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
