Description
Astranis is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer, Additive to build its additive manufacturing capability from the ground up. The role owns laser bed powder fusion and thermoplastic 3D printing processes, develops DFAM, qualification tests, inspection criteria, work instructions, and lean systems, and supports troubleshooting, fixturing, supplier quality, and production. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least two years of additive manufacturing experience, CNC and CAD experience, GD&T proficiency, and onsite availability five days per week. The position offers a base salary of $95,000–$165,000 USD plus equity and benefits, and requires U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or protected refugee/asylee status.
