Description
The Manufacturing Engineer develops and implements manufacturing processes, production layouts, equipment installation procedures, fabrication and material-handling operations, and digital work instructions. The role drives automation, robotics, CAD-based process optimization, statistical process control, data analytics, and continuous improvement, while evaluating equipment performance and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree or comparable engineering experience is required, along with manufacturing knowledge and the ability to interpret engineering drawings; aerospace, automotive, cable harness, bill-of-materials, CAD, and Lean Six Sigma experience are desired. The full-time salary range is $58,200 to $108,200, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
