The role develops and implements manufacturing processes, procedures, production layouts, assembly sequences, equipment installation, and material-handling operations. It drives automation, robotics, CAD/CAM, IoT, statistical process control, data analytics, and continuous-improvement initiatives, while evaluating equipment performance and providing input to product design. The position requires an engineering or technical bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing and inspection experience, strong technical communication, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
