1X is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to own manufacturing processes for critical humanoid-robot components and assemblies, taking products from prototype through production. The role develops machining, assembly, inspection, validation, tooling, CAM, automation, quality controls, and continuous-improvement processes while supporting NPI, production readiness, hardware quality, throughput, and scalability. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least five years of manufacturing engineering experience, with a compensation range of $105,000 to $220,000 plus equity and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
