Aalo Atomics is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for its Fuel Handling System team in Austin, Texas. The role combines fabrication planning, hands-on building of welded structures, machined parts, sheet-metal components, and assembly fixtures, work instruction and tooling development, dimensional inspection, vendor coordination, test-rig and prototype hardware support, and fabrication troubleshooting. The engineer will work with welders, machinists, designers, and test engineers, support on-site installation and commissioning in Idaho, and occasionally travel. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience, 1–3 years of manufacturing or fabrication experience, and hands-on skills in welding, machining, sheet metal, assembly, or inspection.
