The Manufacturing Engineer will develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes; analyze products and production methods; improve cycle times, quality, and cost; and design end-to-end manufacturing solutions including processes, tooling, fixtures, CNC programs, and work instructions. The role requires CAD/CAM proficiency, CNC and quality assurance knowledge, Microsoft Office and ERP experience, and strong project management and problem-solving skills.
