Description
Voltava is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement assembly processes, equipment, tooling, automation, and robotics from development through launch. The role partners with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturability, quality, efficiency, throughput, and reliability, manages manufacturing engineering activities, and coordinates with plant, engineering, quality, suppliers, and launch teams. Candidates need at least three years of assembly or manufacturing experience, two years of APQP and quality-tool experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and knowledge of automotive assembly and IATF systems. The position offers minimal travel and comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
