Avancez Assembly is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement assembly processes, equipment, tooling, automation, and robotics for automotive assembly programs. The role covers process planning, sourcing and equipment purchases, equipment installation and launch, operator training, quality systems, OEE, change requests, and coordination with plant and engineering teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least three years of assembly or manufacturing experience, and at least two years of APQP experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
