Description
Applied Materials is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer in Kalispell, Montana, to develop and improve manufacturing methods, operating sequences, work instructions, process flows, build layouts, and assembly procedures for parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. The role coordinates with design, operations, quality, test, suppliers, and other stakeholders; supports engineering changes, cost estimation, time standards, tooling, test procedures, root-cause analysis, supplier quality, and manufacturing readiness; and uses PLM/PDM, SAP, CAD, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Tableau, and Visio. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, 1–3 years of relevant engineering or manufacturing experience, and is full time.
