Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will manage SMT and PCBA production processes, including solder paste printing, component placement, reflow soldering, pin insertion, conformal coating, and wave soldering. The role covers process optimization, yield analysis, defect investigation, SPC and CPK monitoring, NPI support, technical documentation, customer communication, engineering changes, audits, and production-line training. Candidates need at least three years of SMT/PCBA process-engineering experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, and familiarity with automotive electronics, IATF 16949, and core quality tools.
