Description
Ascend Performance Materials is hiring an Operations Manufacturing Engineer to support the safe, reliable, and optimized operation of a chemical manufacturing unit. The role combines 40% area support, 40% unit optimization, and 20% technology improvement, including performance tracking, troubleshooting, process safety, A2E/DMAIC projects, operational entitlement modeling, production-loss accounting, reliability support, and technology implementation. The position reports to the Unit Operations Manager and requires a BS in Engineering, preferably Chemical or Mechanical, 0–3 years of chemical industry experience, process optimization and plant-troubleshooting experience, and off-hours plant support.
