Description
The Manufacturing Engineer owns and improves assigned component processes, leading root-cause and prevention initiatives, FMEA and control-plan documentation, tooling and workstation design, operator training, PPAP validation, and process redesigns. The role collaborates with program, quality, maintenance, and plant teams; applies lean and operational-excellence principles; and supervises engineering employees. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, technology, or physical science, 5–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience, and extensive experience with complex mechanical assemblies and lean manufacturing.
