Banner Engineering is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations at its Brooklyn Park, Minnesota facility. The role focuses on improving manufacturing output, yield, quality, safety, productivity, and efficiency; supporting new product launches and production transfers; creating labor estimates, standards, routings, and documentation; conducting process and equipment qualification; and applying Lean, DFM, DFA, DOE, Gage R&R, and root-cause analysis techniques. The position reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, requires a relevant engineering degree and at least two years of manufacturing experience, and offers a base pay range of $82,245 to $116,000 USD.
