Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will report to the Engineering Manager and work cross-functionally to improve manufacturing uptime, reliability, quality, capacity, cycle time, and first-pass yield. Responsibilities include owning production lines and workstations, applying design-for-X principles, designing tooling and automated systems, qualifying processes, programming parts on Mazak and Tsugami equipment with Solid Cam and MasterCam, collaborating with suppliers and customers on root-cause solutions, and training operations and maintenance technicians. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least five years of manufacturing or equivalent experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with manufacturing data and quality tools.
